We have always been great fans of this tangy yogurt dip. This particular recipe always reminds Adrian of his first girlfriend, who came from a Persian family. Whenever he visited her home there was always a large bowl of tzatziki in the fridge, which they would devour with heaps of warm pitta bread.

Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt 350 g (12 oz), strained
  • cucumber 1,

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor.
  2. Allow to stand for half an hour before serving.
