A treasured recipe given to us long ago by a dear friend from Michigan. The tartness of the cheese adds that oh-so-right dimension to fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 te

Method

  1. Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl, and mix until thoroughly blended.
  2. Whip the cream with an electric mixer and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spoon the filling into the crust, and spread it out evenly. Arrange the raspberries and blueberries decoratively on top.
