Parsley may not be a normal mocktail ingredient, but it is a healthful and delicious one. The leaves are muddled to impart their flavor, then strained out so that your drink doesn’t resemble a food garnish. Parsley controls blood pressure, supports kidney function, relieves bloating and nausea, and strengthens the immune system.
