Sorrel sorbet

  • Sorrel 200 g
  • Lemon juice 50 ml
  • Water


Sorrel sorbet

Mix water with sugar and bring to the boil. Remove from heat and add stabiliser, lemon juice, apple juice and celery juice. Leave to infuse and in the meantime prepare the sorrel.

Mix the sorrel in a blender and filter. Add this concentrated juice to the mixture, mix and place in an ice cream machine.
