These lip-smacking pops are essentially frozen blueberry milkshake. You can swap the blueberries for other berries if you like – blackberries would be especially delicious.

Ingredients

  • 120 ml/4 fl oz/½ cup vegan milk
  • 2 tbsp

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a liquidizer and whiz until smooth and combined. You will still be able to see the blueberry skins. Pour the mixture into the lolly or ice pop moulds.
  2. Put in the freezer for a couple of hours or until frozen. Run the moulds under warm water to release the ice pops.
