I find bread making therapeutic. There is just something soothing about kneading dough. What can be better than waking up on a wintry Sunday morning to bake a batch of fresh bread rolls to have with butternut soup at midday?
I always hear people complain about making bread, though. Here are a few tips and tricks to bread making that I’ve learnt over the years.
Don’t guess quantities. Always use the correct measurements. Try to use recipes that use weight rather than volume as measurements (i.e. grams instead of cups).
