  • About
An excellent cheese for the season from Yorkshire is Ribblesdale. Fine French varieties include Saint-Nectaire (look for the lozenge shaped mark on the curved surface to check you have a good one), Saint-Florentin, Saint-Marcellin and Rigotte.
