  • About

At Vedge, we offer a variety of “plates” that allow our guests to choose what type of dining experience they want to have on a particular evening. Our plates are the size of a traditional appetizer, perhaps a little bigger. Some guests share a plate or two for a quick, casual bite at the bar. Others, sitting down to dinner, order four or more plates per person. Not only does this permit a lively and social dining experience, but it broadens the range of our menu that each guest gets to sample.

Not every home cook has the time or energy to do the prep that goes into all of the labor-intensive plates we make at the restaurant. For certain dishes, we have blown them up to make full-size main courses, perfect for home cooks to serve from their kitchens without spending the entire day prepping.
