If there is a food of love, it is surely chocolate. The sensual melt that happens just at the temperature of the human body might have secured chocolate its place as a Valentine gift, or perhaps it was because it has been shown to raise pulses more than a passionate kiss. Cocoa releases a rush of serotonin that induces happiness and contains phenylethylamine, one of the chemicals your brain produces when you fall in love.
