Tom Kitchin, one of Britain’s leading chefs, was born in Edinburgh, Scotland and his culinary CV extends from early training at the five-star Gleneagles Hotel to experience garnered working with some of the world’s most renowned chefs and restaurants including Pierre Koffmann and the 3 Michelin-starred La Tante Claire, London, 3 Michelin-starred restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris and Alain Ducasse’s 3 Michelin-starred restaurant Le Louis XV in Monte Carlo.
