Jean-François Piège is, since December 2014, at the head of Clover, a signature restaurant, modern and intimate, in the heart of Saint-Germain des Prés in Paris, and since September 10, 2015 in charge of his new gastronomic restaurant Le Grand Restaurant, haute cuisine laboratory located close to the Elysee in the 8th arrondissement, which in February 2016 obtained 2 Michelin stars.
