Alan Coxon is a TV Chef Presenter with over 1,250 TV shows to his name with shows such as “Ever Wondered about food” BBC2, 4 years on Food UKTV , the Gloria Hunniford show and “Coxon’s Kitchen College“ to name but a few. Alan is a private chef and cooks around the world for VIP’s , Royalty and Celebrities and was recently asked by Number 10 Downing Street and the Prime Minister’s office to become an Ambassador for British Food Drink and Tourism supporting the GREAT  campaign. Alan is also known as “The Food Archaeologist” due to his love of food history and has created a globally unique historic food range including an Ale Gar ( vinegar produced from a 15th century Ale recipe. Alan is currently writing his 6th Cookbook on Ancient health and individual diets and has been shortlisted for the World Gourmand Award for his recent release looking at Indian cuisine entitled From “Birmingham to Bombay”.
