Jane Tran is a Canadian born, internationally trained chef, based in the UK. After a classic French culinary training at the International Culinary Center, she trained under the Michelin star chef Daniel Boulud in Bar Boulud, NYC, before moving to the London location. With a passion to create her own meals, she left the restaurant industry and traded as bellylondon at streetfood markets, held supper clubs and worked as a private chef. Seeking more inspiration, she embarked on an 8 month trip around the world, staging at some of the very best tasting restaurants, Gramercy Tavern (NYC, 1 michelin star), Blanco (NYC, 2 michelin star), Central BBQ (Memphis), Slanted Door (SF) to name a few.
She returned to the UK and is the Executive Head Chef behind the food start up EatFirst, which delivers international inspired dishes to hungry Londoners.
