With a Masters degree in Food Studies, a Masters in Education and a BA in Film and TV, her expertise ranges from food and drink history, culinary anthropology, food media production - to food business management and food education. Having written for various print magazines and websites, and authored the best-selling ‘How to Make Coffee’, she now manages the UK branch of American Craft Chocolate Makers, the Mast Brothers.
