This hot chocolate recipe is a dessert unto itself. Add marshmallows or whipped cream, and enjoy this rich, smooth, and chocolatey chocolate in front of a roaring fire. You can make it in a matter of minutes, and it tastes infinitely better than the instant powdered stuff.
Put the chocolates in a small heatproof bowl.
Pour the boiling water over the chocolate, and make sure most of the chocolate is submerged. Let the chocolate sit for 1 minute, then whisk until smooth. Set aside.
