I grew up on blintzes and my brothers and sisters and I loved them so much we would elbow each other to get the latest ones off the griddle. There was nothing more comforting than waking up to the smell of these small wonders frying in the pan, and the coffee roasting in the pot, and the sound of my mom clinking bowls and clanging spoons to make it all happen.
