If you’re a fan of sloe gin, then you might like to experiment with it in recipes. Here it is used rather like mulled wine, and you can add as little or as much as you wish. If you haven’t any sloe gin, then substitute a fruity full-bodied red wine, using 300ml in place of the water and gin.
