  • 300 g fresh prawns, peeled
  • 45 g sesame oil
  • 1 onion<

Method

Devein the prawns, then chop them into 1cm pieces.

Heat a large wok or frying pan until hot on a high heat and add the oil. Add the onion and carrot and fry, stirring until they start to colour, then add the garlic and ham and stir-fry for a minute more. Add the prawns and stir-fry for 1 minute or until they turn pink, then add the fish sauce, soy, sugar, pepper and chillies.
