I have been to South Korea on a number of occasions over the last 10 years and it is still one of my favourite cuisines. Korean cuisine traditionally consists of many smaller dishes that balance each other out. Spicy, salty, sweet and sour are all elements of a great meal. I have taken inspiration and flavours from my travels when putting this feast together.
