Ingredients

  • 1 large boneless, skinless turkey breast, halved
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp.

Method

  1. Place turkey in slow cooker. Brush with butter.
  2. Mix together parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and wine. Pour over turkey.
  3. Top with mushrooms.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low 7–8 hours.
  5. Remove turkey and keep warm.
  6. Skim any fat from cooking juices.
  7. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Gradually add cooking
