To make the cones, melt the dark and white chocolate in separate bowls. Place the melted white chocolate into a small piping bag and pipe rough lines into a cone-shaped mould, leave to set. Then brush a thin layer of the melted dark chocolate into the cones to cover the white chocolate, leave to set in the fridge, brush a second coat of dark chocolate into the cones and set again.
