Method

Butter a two-pint soufflé dish. Put three of the bananas in their skins into a moderate oven, Reg 4/350°, for about ten minutes, while you make a sauce with the butter, flour, milk and sugar. Remove the bananas and turn up the oven to Reg 7/425°.
