  • About

Ingredients

  • 6 large oranges
  • 1 packet orange jelly (to make 1 pint)

Method

Cut the oranges across in halves and squeeze the juice into a jug. Strain and measure it and use it, made up with enough water, to make the orange jelly. Remove all the skin and pith from inside the orange halves so that each one makes a clean bowl, and pour in the hot, dissolved jelly. Leave to set, and when quite firm you can cut each half in two, so they look like orange slices miraculously
