Palmier Biscuits

When using puff pastry for different recipes there are always some trimmings left over which quite often just get thrown away. Well, here is a way of using them all up and making great biscuits to serve with Cappuccino Mousse, Vanilla Ice-cream, sorbets or petits fours.
