For the Caramelised Pumpkin Seeds

  • 100 g pumpkin seeds
  • 25 g caster sugar
  • 50<


Toast the pumpkin seeds at 160°C until lightly coloured. Place in a pan with the sugar and water. Simmer until all the water has evaporated and the sugar starts to caramelise. Add the butter and mix. Place onto a silicone mat and allow to cool.
