Buckwheat

  • Buckwheat 160 g
  • Olive oil 10 ml
  • Butter

Method

Buckwheat

Fry the buckwheat in a mixture of olive oil and butter, then slowly add the hot vegetable broth and cook until tender. At the end, add cream, garlic, butter and parmesan and mix lightly with a wooden spoon to make a cream-like consistency.

Wash the vegetables and cut the zucchini and egg
