Use only young garlic. Break a cinnamon stick into 5 parts. Put the spices into washed and dried jars, and then place the garlic.
To cook the marinade, boil water with salt and sugar. After boiling, turn off the heat and add the vinegar. Fill the jars with the marinade and leave in a warm place for 31 days, then keep in the fridge for a week. After that it’s ready to use.
