People like coming to Dooky Chase’s and getting the different soups. They never know what they are going to eat, but they seem to like having to ask what it is. You really have to create those soups. My helpers tease me about my experiments everytime I turn around. They will say, “Don’t leave that there too long—Leah will make it into a soup!

Some of my soups at the restaurant were created when a customer wanted to see a certain food in an unusual recipe. It is just a matter of always working in your mind, figuring what will blend with what.
