When it comes to Chinese food, Cantonese cuisine is probably my first love, and, naturally, dim sum ranks very high in my Chinese food hierarchy. And then I discovered Chinese dumplings while traveling in China and became an instant and ardent fan at the very first bite. Now, both dim sum and dumplings are two of my favorite Chinese foods!
