Our miniatures of the famous French Quiche Lorraine are tasty and the hostess can make them ahead and refrigerate or freeze for quick reheating. Our recipe has strictly American accents that make this type of hot sandwich most acceptable. If you wish, you can make the pies smaller than specified in the recipe. Then they become appetizers to serve as snacks.
