How to make great coffee

  • About
Making great coffee is almost a culinary art. The secret, of course, is to start with great ingredients. At G&W we use freshly roasted beans that are bagged and then stored for 7–10 days before opening. After that, we grind only what is needed, and recommend you do the same, whether it’s for an espresso machine, a stove-top percolator or a drip filter.
