  • About
Cookies are so universally loved that the word itself is used as a term of endearment. Aside from the fact that you get multiples—not easy to manage with other types of baked treats—cookies are fast and easy to prepare. Many recipes just need to have the ingredients stirred together and the resulting dough dropped from a spoon onto a cookie sheet, or spread in a pan to be cut into bars after baking. Of course, that’s not the whole cookie story—some of these recipes do have more steps, such as rolling out the dough, baking the resulting cookies, and then sandwiching them with a filling, but on the whole cookie baking is a fun, fast endeavor.
