Big Plates

The hearty ones. The main events. I like to serve one of these with a few small plates to create a plant feast, or sometimes I will just serve one on its own, perhaps with a salad, just for me. I give options if you want them as a main or if you want to serve them as part of a feast. They all work and flow together. There are no rules on how to make your own plant feast, just give it a go and create. I hope these plates give you as much joy as they have my community and me.
