  • About
Pasta is often demonised and avoided because of the ‘carbs are bad’ label. I know I have dealt with feelings of guilt after eating a pasta dish, which has been counter-productive to my health goals.
Thankfully, I have managed to shift my mindset and believe that pasta is most certainly acceptable in moderation, and this has in turn allowed me to test out healthier options and recipes which include pasta variations.
Releasing negative thoughts is definitely the way to a healthier lifestyle.
I have really enjoyed seeing how many healthy and delicious alternatives there are to the common wheat pasta. Only one recipe in this chapter has a wheat pasta as the base, the rest are all made from different flours and grains.
