Yotam Ottolenghi is a cookery writer and chef-patron of the NOPI and Ottolenghi restaurants and delis. He writes a weekly column in the Guardian’s Weekend magazine and has written five bestselling cookbooks: PLENTY and PLENTY MORE (his vegetarian collections) and, co-authored with Sami Tamimi, OTTOLENGHI: THE COOKBOOK and JERUSALEM. His most recent book: NOPI: THE COOKBOOK, co-authored with Ramael Scully, was published in September 2015. Yotam has made two ‘Mediterranean Feasts’ series’ for More 4, along with a BB4 documentary, ‘Jerusalem on a Plate’.
