Árni Ólafur Jónsson

Árni Ólafur Jónsson is the presenter of Fruitful Farm, an Icelandic television series about a professional cook who makes his dream of living in the countryside come true. Árni leaves the hustle and bustle of a big city and moves to a little farm, Árdalur in Borgarfjörður, West Iceland. Using home-grown or local products, he cooks delicious dishes. In addition to the cooking itself, emphasis is placed on the ingredients, their properties and usage. Árni prepares fresh cheese, sausages, jam and much more.
