Lotte is a skilled and highly experienced broadcaster. Recognised as a leading authority on English cooking, she brings thirty years of food experience to her television presenting with a light, friendly and humorous touch. Aside from TV, since 2012 Lotte has hosted the Interview Stage at the BBC Good Food Shows – speaking to all the big names in food TV including John Torrode, Gregg Wallace, Paul Hollywood, Mary Berry, Michel Roux Jr, James Martin and Tom Kerridge amongst many others. At the summer show, this also includes many TV gardeners too. They have become a popular destination at the shows for both the interviewees and the public, where the interviews are always lively, fun and relaxed. Lotte works closely with Zyliss as their internal brand ambassador – developing recipes for them and demonstrating their products. She has recently filmed for the launch of their new product the ‘Easy Pull’ manual food processor. She is a regular face and one of the resident chefs on Food Network UK and has filmed many interstitials for the channel including Made with Love for Valentines with Matt Evers and ‘Keep calm and plan ahead Christmas in September weekend’. Lotte is Patron and one of the directors of Thame Food Festival. In its eighth year, the festival has grown enormously and an estimated 25,000 people visit the town on this one day of the year to buy both local and national artisan food. 2011/12 Lotte was one of the main judges for the OFM (Observer Food Monthly) Awards and The World Bread Awards – and in 2015 Lotte is judging the 3 star winners of the Great Taste Awards. Her cookery book – Lotte’s Country Kitchen was published by Absolute Press in 2010.
