  • Combine apples and butterscotch morsels; put into pastry shell. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
  • Combine sugar, flour and salt; then add cream. Drizzle over apples so that slices are coated.
  • Place pie in large paper bag; fasten bag securely. Bake in moderate oven (375°F.)
