Method
- In a blender, pulse the water and shiso a few times. It should be clear with little flecks of green.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, boil the shiso mixture and sugar. Remove from the heat and stir in the gelatin until it is dissolved.
- Set the gelee aside to cool in a medium-sized bowl. When cool, refrigerate until it is set.
