Asian Creamsicle

A creamsicle is a good old-fashioned American ice cream popsicle usually made with vanilla ice cream covered by a layer of orange ice. I like to think of it as summer vacation on a stick, and eating one to this day is pure nostalgia. There is nothing quite so delightful as orange and vanilla, and I have taken this creamsicle ideology and transformed it into a cake.
