Procedure

  1. If the figs were prepared ahead of time, reheat them in the oven with the syrup.
  2. Spoon the syrup onto a plate.
  3. Stand a sesame tuile on its side on the plate.
  4. In the broad curve of the tuile, arrange 3 or 4 fig halves.
  5. On the other side of the tuile, place a scoop of honey ice cream. (Optionally, pipe the ice cre
