  • 100 g ( oz) Whole Blanched Almonds

Method

Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F/Gas 2). Place the almonds on a baking tray and roast in the oven until golden. Remove and set aside. When the almonds are cool, place them in a food processor with the marzipan and process for a few seconds until a loose crumble is formed. Put aside.
