  • Beetroots 150 g
  • Carrots 40 g
  • Onions

Method

Borsch

Wash and peel all the vegetables. Dice the potatoes and put into water so they don’t discolour.

Cut the beetroot into thin strips, fry a little in vegetable oil and put to simmer, then add some vinegar to preserve the colour. Add sugar, salt, pelati tomatoes and water. Simmer until the beetroot is cooked.
