Braised cabbage

  • Cabbage 400 g
  • Carrots 50 g
  • Onions

Method

Braised cabbage

Cut onions and cabbage into thin strips, and slice the carrots. Finely chop the garlic and chilli pepper. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil stirring constantly. Lower the heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper, sugar and a little garlic. At the end, add a little finely-chopped parsley, fresh thyme
