Fish Soup

  • Zander 100 g
  • Fish bones 300 g
  • Onions


Fish soup

Place washed pre-baked vegetables in a pan. Add the fish and fish bones and fill with water. Cook on a low heat for 1 hour. Then add the spices, thyme, bay leaf, dill and peppercorns and cook for another 20 minutes. Season with salt, add lemongrass, and set aside. 30 minutes later pass through a fine sieve. Heat up and serve.
