Pasta

  • Wholemeal flour 200 g
  • Eggs x 2
  • Pinch of salt

Method

Pasta

Mix the flour, an egg and a little salt. Knead the dough. If the dough is very stiff, add a little water. Knead, adding sunflower oil at the end. Again knead and leave to rise for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough and cut into thin strips, sprinkle with the flour, and dry.

Boil the pasta in salted water, gently twist, and serve.
