Without a doubt, the non-alcoholic drinks that are most common across the Baltics are kvass, kefir and birch water. Unfortunately, birch water does not keep for long, perhaps a couple of days, so itβs something to add to your list if you decide to travel to the Baltics. Fermented grain-based kvass and milk kefir, however, are now among my favourite soft drinks.
