I am obsessed with breakfast. So much so, I wanted to create delicious, balanced bowls that will offer a little something for everyone. It is such a treat to be able to explore different food combinations that aren’t your conventional fried eggs and bacon or a bowl of cereal.
Breakfast plays a vital role in keeping energy levels balanced throughout the day. Practise listening to your body and become mindful of the food that fuels you. Become aware of how you eat your breakfast. Get up a little earlier (even 15 minutes will give you ample time) to spend a moment on yourself before rushing out the door.
