Hummus: More than chickpeas


This dish from the Middle East has conquered the West, and is now a much-loved dish the world over (little suprise, given that it's delicious, nutritious, and inexpensive to make). There are countless variations on the chickpea-and-tahini 'original.' If you feel like experimenting, go green with edamame and peas, or get earthy with roasted beet versions.
