Andy Hayler is an expert on high-end restaurants: uniquely, he had visited every three star Michelin restaurant in the world by 2004, and has kept up to date with this. By mid 2014 there were 110 three star Michelin restaurants, and he has visited them all. He is a regular guest critic on Masterchef: The Professionals, written a book on London restaurants and is an experienced conference speaker. The Google search restaurant critic in Google returns Andy as the first named critic in most countries.
